Very proud of our very own Ryaan Ashfaqullah, a student in his second year of the Clinical Masters program in Audiology at the Université de Montréal, who won second place at the École d’Orthophonie et d’Audiologie Soirée de Recherche! His winning poster presented our pilot data on the aging effects of brain responses to gaps in noise. Way to go Ryaan!
We are also very proud of our student Erica Ogier, second year Audiology Clinical Masters student at UdeM, who presented a poster on the effects of between-channel gap responses using the EEG. She did a great job explaining some of the limitations of current clinical measures of gap detection. Wonderful work Erica!
